have been living girlfriend on 12 months , until mid november of year (2012) 1 bringing in type of income. worked substantial overtime , made on 16 thousand in 8 months. question not bringing in type of income @ all, better claim common law @ tax time splitting income in half due supporting dependent?. underlying question create type of substantial increase in tax return or possibly decrease it?.
