Why do we support the disabled?

has else ever wondered this? break down 2 possibilities, functional , non-functional (much more severely disabled).

lets start more functional ones. see these people walking around , interacting regular public. spend days killing time in public places, shopping, or playing video games. have minor physical disabilities, others have mental ones (but still capable of social interaction , communication).

doesn't bother on level working *** off , paying money in taxes these people sit around , waste space? job. have seen blind people , wheelchair-bound men , women work full time jobs. these others claim disability questionably serious joint issue or , don't damned thing except waddle around walmart in sweat pants. makes worse have children, many of them. hard grow , make of when parents haven't earned honest dollar in entire life. cycle continues. (you can replace disability welfare, thats different topic)

1 might argue don't need disability survive, many others do. people mentally/physically disabled cannot support themselves. again makes me wonder why pay money them exist.

might defensive , think horrible. kind of person want others suffer or die when isn't fault? wonder if think if weren't in habit of supporting them? in of human history, extreme disability resulted in death. tragic, that's how nature has worked.

understand getting government on short-term basis if accident or sudden illness keeps out of work temporarily. however, don't think long-term disability benefits should exist. burden of supporting permanently disabled person should fall on own shoulders if capable, or if not should supported families.
