Is there a printing store where I can just print a large plain poster?

don't know why difficult, trying find printing shop has large printers can print plain paper poster. i'm looking print 6 foot long poster atleast 3 feet wide.. uncommon or something? have thought people print out banners , posters time, can't seem find store can me without charging me 90 bucks. willing supply paper.. paying ink , time, why stores charge simple large poster? 30 bucks max, can't spending on 50 bucks on paper , ink.. >_<
