My Throat Stings When I Swallow?

hi there
past 3 days every time swallow stings , painful. decided put finger down throat , check out. btw pain coming left side of bottom of tongue/throat. anyway when went down felt these little bumps , 1 big 1 swollen one. looked on web , tried gargling lemon , salt mixed 2gether didn't work , said if contiues more 3 days go see doctor please need advice on stop pain. i'm 15 male if helps anything. plz answer asap thanks.
