How do you do actual research on companies to invest in...?

go company's investor relations site. download 10k , 10q reports. read them. google articles on them on sites such seekingalpha, investopedia, motley fool , bloomberg. read s&p reports on company.

remember. exception of company reports, other articles somebody's opinion take them grain of salt.

just tearing through prospectus' , news articles not enough right? take immense amount of time?

have come conclusion established isn't worth investing in. better invest in @ $0.15 $6 range.
