know if here had been discriminated against being "non-white" when applied esl teaching job, or during employment english/esl teacher in china and/or other countries. kindly share experience. thank in advance.

have part time weekend job , in second year @ university. make £500 month. according pension funds, if pay 10% (£50) month, company double , money government means pay less £50. there different types of funds available, easiest being 'target fund' investment company moves money based on age. there index trackers , other equities/funds. can advise better long time investment.
