Can My Computer handle this graphic card ?

according amd official system requirements should have @ least 500w psu card.

however, 480w pretty close. long don't have ridiculous amount of peripherals (tons of case fans, hdds, optical drives, etc) , aren't extremely ocing parts (ram or cpu), should ok 480w psu. on time psu can diminish, if old may want consider getting new one.
