have been given theme or direction?
if you're going graded on it, i'd @ strengths - kind of thing best at? portraits tricky, if you're better @ landscapes go it. why not show few people work , see think best, in terms of getting graded exam. way you'll know others see, rather own perspective on work.
rather "something cool", try think of examiner find worthy of grade.

i have been doing manga , portraiture decided self portrait in manga style, plan seems bland portrait of me japanese writing next me, , wondering if there add make more exciting , have more meaning?
