Why is my Green budgie regurgitating food to my blue one?

have 2 budgies, both around 5/6 months old.
share cage , green 1 seems regurgitate food blue one.
before got them, did lots of research , never read on this. wanted casual pet owner.
yet, mating thing?
blue 1 lot quieter green one.
haven't been able soundly sex them because cere colours have varied on couple of mots i've had them.
want know behaviour, vet said fine , healthy.
i'm concerned behaviour.
