Referral / Affiliate link tracking?

need track incoming traffic / links site.
can current web analytics provider have sort through statistics myself.

want able track upto few thousand referral links eg. www.example.com/?ref=referrer
want have them sorted can @ how many visitors recieved referral link , how many of hits unique etc. etc.
prefer if emedable (<--- word)

said before can done many different tracking sites many of them show entire incoming traffic specific link , have sort through each referral link myself.
need able track 1000+++ different referral links 10+ pages recieving 50000+ hits per month.

need strictly time saving.
