How to get my pigeon back?

today,i out of house , mother took pigeons out in garden sunbathing! when came mother told while went inside call , when came found 1 of cages empty! have 2 pairs of pigeons in 2 cages. 1 of our neighbours found girl pigeon,princess. other pigeon bucky had flown away when stray cat attacked. can please tell me how bucky back? please answer quickly!
