PC or PS3 for Gaming.?

i'm looking gaming system. have laptop can extras i'm looking purely game oriented machine. have $500-600 spend. intentions play shooters ( bf3, rage, cs:go, ect). i'm extremely zombie / survival games ( last of us, war z, left 4 dead, dead island). money better go pc (i have monitor, , gaming mouse already) or ps3 ( invest in 3rd party material eagle eye ).
