How do you write a technical specification document for a sculpture ?

of existing 1 or 1 limits of installation, building.
how large it? maximum or actual weight, height, width. force on ground surface/mounting area.
material or might be? have durable outdoors? materials unsuitable or required reason - not wood, must concrete, may bronze, may not shiny, may or may not painted.
conditions transportation , installation? responsible paying , supervision?
permanency of installation (see dallas stake controversy) , conditions of change or removal? owns images of work , may use them? can make other size versions? if work destroyed, owns rights reproduce it?
