Do you tip the cashier or put money in a tip jar?

work @ little deli , job cashier, table cleaner, menu writer, coffee maker, , when people want stay , eat im waitress. have little tip jar next cash register when people pay either give no tip, change give them, dollar, or 2 3 dollars (once got ten though).

dont excpect tips because owner pays me minimum wage don't depend on tips annoy me when change penny , customer keeps penny, because belive or not pennies add , appreciate penny.

awesome tip above dollar.

way @ end of day tips divided amongst staff , end 5-10 dollars.
