Running a mile a day?


well, winter break coming up, , i've decided active (and it) so, say, ran mile or 2 every day 2 weeks, decent way lose weight? i'm aware depends on height, age, , weight, , diet. if did run little bit day anything? i'm not expecting big 10 pounds, maybe around 5? 5 in 2 weeks may sound reasonable?
tips on losing weight, i'm not interested in losing weight fast, want lose weight naturally. how that? also, ways boost stamina? can run 10 minutes , i'll pretty tired, idea run mile, wait couple of minutes until cool off, run another?

i'm 15, 5'4 , weight 140-150.
