Negatives on owning Corn snakes?

these common complaints hear:

-they need eat whole rodents, no substitutes.
-live or frozen rodents can pricey or hard find.
-they need heat source, costs money , takes outlet
-they live 15+ years, problem if aren't prepared
-they need @ least 20 gal. long tank or equivalent, takes space
-they don't much, if want highly interactive , playful pet, isn't animal you.

of these problems aren't big deal if have researched snake , know sure want one.
