My teacher sucks at teaching?

i'm in 8th grade physical science, , have sucky teacher. in class write useless notes , workbook pages , not provide answers. assigns work teach , lot of people have agree me horrible @ teaching. when comes test, assigns note card write , study, , once test time comes, things in notecard did not pertain questions presented in test. thinks educating in truth hurting presenting work not or later. has stupid mindset, discipline-wise. teacher blames whole class troublemakers do, , methods take maybe 20 minutes of class time, leaving more work in end. jumps conclusions when bad kid blames crap on other kid, , pisses off want new teacher, she's been teaching 15+ years. she's mean, , ineffective in class. try study @ home , re-read stuff, have limited schedule. advice on how handle teacher year? i'm straight student struggling in class, low test grades
