looking @ woman's foot other day , wearing these 6.5 inch stiletto pumps , noticed has high instep on foot , ankle flexibility because arch popped out of heels , highly doubt dancer had feet anyway thinking heels sort of put heel ankle supposed to, teachers tell guys since men have more difficulty higher releve think of pushing heel calve heels kind of people might not strengthen give stretch. i'm not suggesting men start wearing heels thought made me go hmmm let me know think
