Cheap & easy to use sewing machine for beginner?

(i'm not suggesting buy here necessarily, though have bought them no problems. -- better buy dealer near you.)

can tell me kind of sewing machine should beginner (within $200 preferable) , can 1 ( walmart, sears etc...). need 1 thats easy use , can sew shirts , other clothing stiches.
