A sims 2 pc game question...?

have 3 options:

1. move in sim, , have them move out toddler.
2. move toddler out adult sim in household. move house want toddler live in , move adult sim out.
3. download "sim blender". search work nicely. can found in misc/misc in buy mode , looks ficus tree. it's $10. have sim raise toddler buy plant. click on , choose teleport/enable summon menu. teleport/summon , choose toddler. toddler appear on lot. click on plant again , choose family/move in , pick toddler's name. easier if game paused.

if don't want download custom content (cc) 1 or 2 easiest. if download sim blender #3 easiest when in game. use sim blender lot , have never had issue it.

i want move toddler sim house live else (the toddlers related sim)
how can move toddler out without having move adult sim in first?
