7 year old daughter being bullied?!?

daughter addison 7 years old , came home today bruise on shin, , few scratches on arms(she wore short sleeved shirt today if matters)

anyways, when asked happened. said "it's secret"

seemed upset , depressed @ dinner evening.(definitley not usual self!)

has had verbal arguments girl in class named isabella.

feeling, isabella might bullying physically , verbally.

steps should take here? none of other children have went through before.
