Running long miles for the not-so-good-runners? Help?
soccer practice tomorrow, coach making run buncha miles. (2 miles, 1 mile, 0.5 mile...then suicides across entire length of soccer field...then go milage 0.5 mile, 1 mile, 2 miles in order). , 30 seconds of break in between...and have complete faster 6min/mile.
problem is: i'm not runner; i'm more of swimmer--but then...i'm super fat :'( 150lbs 18 years old, 5'6, fat on body little muscle.
tips on fatties on how go doing while im running? take longer strides? like..what do?
on our team cross country or track. they're fit, not me.
