Is it true that sea animals know if a tsunami is going to break out?

there many reports in various areas in history of animals, birds , fish, etc... acting strangely or evading area prior earthquake although less known sea creatures. it's possible sea creatures...sharks, fish, etc.. may able detect when quake strike...causing tsunami.. , evade area. appear have ability sense changes in electrical activity or sounds occur prior quakes. earthquake "lights" or other electrical phenomena seem happen before , during earthquakes , researchers think might way more closely predict or warn of earthquakes in future.
