I need to know how to do a split & How long it's gonna take?


when grow, lose flexibility if don't stretch time. but, if used able one, should come easier. kind of go down far can , lower yourself, , don't let down ground!!! makes stretch pointless. have keep far can long possible , repeat many times.
thing can lunge far down possible , slide front leg out split.
if want straddle though, can't lunge thing. can slide split against wall , have friend push closer.
but, stuff, don't push hard hurt in sorts of ways! in ballet class once, girl stretching split , pulled hamstring badly , had sit out rest of class.
it's impossible how long take, depends on how close already, kind of stretches , activities do, , naturally how flexible are. don't know how long took me right split, left took month, didn't work hard out of dance class, take less time. still don't have straddle. keep trying , eventually, it.

so knew how 1 when younger can't 1 now. problem?? lol.
