I can run 3 miles in 31 minutes, Question should i do this or should i do 2 miles that can be run in 17 1/2min?


alternating between both give best results. days, go long slow jogs. once week, run far can. try build 5-7 miles. should go slow enough dont puffed out, go long enough feel tired. build endurance , improve body's systems. eg. grow more capilliaries connecting muscle more oxygen can reach them.

other days, 2 miles fast can.

can 1/2 mile intervals, run 1/2 mile fast can, have break few minutes , repeat 4 or 5 times. fitter, can either increase number of repeats do, or decrease rest time.

i can run 3 miles in 31 minutes, question should or should 2 miles can run in 17 1/2min cannot start third mile? feel same worn outness wondering if better less faster or more slower.
