suggest if these awesome birds beginner birds
budgies---they quietest hookbill species , excellent beginner birds, since appear beginner. live 10-15 years. small, colorful, can learn talk , tricks, , affectionate if hand raised. tame , trained , come price of around $20 only. easy care , not demanding @ all, have independent side the, hand raised , trained well, affectionate, can cuddly, , interactive, not mention adorable. chirp , tweet delightfully, cared for, should never scream. if interested in one, check out:

lovebirds
lovebirds small, in parrot family, smallest real parrot species there is. colorful many mutations, can search up, including peach faced, dusky, or black masked. live around 20 years , come higher price budgies, going $300, less. lovebirds great beginner birds, great in pairs, , not demanding, extremely quiet too. bit independent @ times , not witu lots of handling budgies or cockatiels. hand raised ones though, easy tame , love snuggle owners. not known learn talk, can make great companions. check out:

cockatiels
medium sized bird has many mutations such pearl, pied, grey, lutino, whiteface, on. extremely smart, can learn talk, lots of tricks, , great beginner birds well. bird can louder other two. still considered quiet species, male cockatiels can screech shrill constantly, may not best choice. females however, quiet, barely make sound, , more cuddly males, have egg laying problems, , thats why many people go males. hand raised , cared for, males shouldn't big problem either. here sites. great companions , live 20 years.
