family built concrete structure in front our home , opened shop ran 10 years. sold variety of products, including mentioned. cost depend on how space using. if can @ least of counters , shelves free, or can build yourself, lessen costs. earnings, depends on location, live in rural or urban area? of course, if live in area shops relatively scarce, opportunity make money. need acquire food badge/license if aren't selling cooked food. might need liquor license sell alcohol. should find out if allowed sell in area, there restrictions. hope helps.

i want run shop down stairs of house knocking down few walls , converting off licence sell basics such newspapers, alcahol, sweets, magazines, few groceries. how reckon cost, earn. licenses , permission?
