My external hard drive isn't appearing on windows 8?

windows cannot see non-windows format. try hfsexplorer, free, link below. can find files on mac format drive , let copy files internal windows drive.

use drive both copying , saving files it, either buy paragon hfs+ windows or use administrative tools remove partitions drive, add new windows partitions, , format.

i have windows 8 laptop, , el toro hitatchi external hard drive has photos , music on old macbook. in 'my computer' hard drive not show up, in 'devices' shows can not it, can do?
