Ideas for a potluck dessert?

brownies good, , simple. @ least double recipe 40 people:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
directions:
1preheat oven 350 degrees, mix ingredients spoon/fork, add enough water make thick batter.
2spread loaf pan, , bake 15 mins in centre of oven (i love them still gooey in center, cook 5 mins if want them firmer).
3cut bars , serve frosted or plain, both great!

anyone have easy dessert recipes? 40 or people. preferably easy , relatively inexpensive, im poor university student!
