I can't dance at all, how can I learn (details)?

i'm stiff. have absolutely no elegant, flowy movement body. embarrassed , self conscious.

in choir class, have dancing , swaying , can't sway. teacher pointed me out , made me humiliated cried (eyes watered ton) in front of whole class. said she'd me learn, can't. it's hard enough me sing- afraid of people hearing voice- let alone actions while singing.

no 1 in family can dance either- dad stiff, brother stiff, , mom in gymnastics instead of dance (her mom wanted in dance).

have figure out how dance soon, otherwise impossible me in choir.
