Can you identify the chemicals I found in my basement?

me , husband moved our dream home, has 3000 square feet,and newly finished basement. moving furniture in, had bookshelf fall on , put huge crack in drywall in basement. in process of cleaning mess, found piece of plywood behind drywall covering crudely cut hole in concrete block wall. behind plywood rouch hewn room underneath concrete slab foundaton of family room/ kitchen/dining room, part of house isnt supposed have basement under it.

in rough hewn room there sort of computer rig/bookshelf, , bunch of laboratory equipment, medicine cabinet safe containing several strange items. tried log computer, didnt run on windows, had "ubuntu" or weird that, , password protected.

found combination safe hidden under desk chair, , opened safe find bunch more strange stuff. can happen identify chemical might in strange containers, , in general chemical substance strange objects found made of, , if of items might valuble in way, , how sell/dispose of them. know why scientist had hide lab, , why left lab items behind when moved away?
