Bigger baits=bigger fish but what bigger bait?

im talking in pond no stocked fish nature doing job. no 1 fishes pond far know because on private property. anyway when fish pull huge fish out day cast after cast. have yet fish under 1 lb in there. have heavier gear im going try biggest fish in pond. 1-2 acre pond guess duck weed , tons of vegatation. bass feed on sunfish suppose there frogs , types of creatures find in woods. man made shallow , deep parts. dont think bluegill bait stand out. 6-7 inch bait catch usual still great. need? thinking 15 inch plastic worm. ideas?
