What would dogs/cats be doing if they weren't pets?

....i feel sad dogs, cats , other pets live boring hell life.... locked of day , never doing being pet sometimes. (this pets alone without pet friend or something) if did have pet friend, still pretty boring. anyways, if dogs , cats werent pets, be? doing, see stray cats sometimes, walk around. wow, writing of realized how boring animal's life is.
