Pain in one of my buttocks when I walk after working, but goes away overnight?

know i'm getting old, i'm 40! started 5 years ago , use happen once in while. tear ago sudden started happening every 2 weeks, once week, daily when work. landscaping, after working several hours, sitting few minutes. not stand put weight on right leg due pain in right upper buttocks area. if standing or not moving fine, when put weight on walk hurt. force myself walk on , pain go away til rested again. continue til after goodnight of sleep. , fine next day. seems take less irritate it, still next day feels fine. i've researched online , have found many possible causes, none go away overnight ? else had issue , found cause/solution ?
