Packed school lunch...grilled cheese & fish sticks..?
cold fried food tastes yucky. schools have microwave in cafeteria, she'd need able reheat on other foil. if so, once-in-a-while type of meal.
whatever kinds of food cook dinner make lunch, if put in microwavable plate or thermos.
mix up. have sandwiches times, @ other times try things like:
fruit salad or cantalope , cottage cheese or yogurt
chef salad (meat , egg , lettuce , tomato, etc), dressing on side lettuce doesn't soggy)
apples dip in peanut butter or yogurt, crackers , cheese on side
chunky soup
bagel cream cheese , raisins
meat , vegetable (or vegetable) wrap
rice , vegetables (and possibly meat)
scoop of tuna, scoop of egg salad, baby carrots, pretzel crisps
packing ready-made favorite such spagettios meatballs or beef ravioli
hard boiled eggs, cheese , peanut butter crackers, celery, grapes
can try googling recipes kids or bag lunches kids or that. show daughter , ask sounds good.
my daughter goes school @ 9am- snack around 11am- lunch around 12. if cook fish sticks wrap them in foil or same grilled cheese sandwich still eat. don't want sick being fish , cheese.
advice please , thanks!
