onceed dreamed of being pro golfer @ age 31 , being 6 handicap ain't gonna happen. college not thing i'm business owner nature. want own 9 hole golf course super nice have researched cost millions of dollars so. seems next best thing in local inner city driving range , 3 hole practice facility. take 28 acres including restaurant , retail center. possible or profitable? talking construction golf simulators inventory land equipment cheaper golf course work. mean regardless of effort model?
