I have a 2000 Lincoln LS. i sent it to ford to find out my fuel pump fuse wasnt even in the distribution box.?

taking battery out?? see if put in backwards... suppose need charge battery every time out take out battery goin killed computer .. think maybe else because i'm not getting power fuel pump @ all.. after charged battery put in went start it.. , wouldn't start cranking brought test light find out i'm not power green wire orange trace

they put 1 in , car ran perfect .. took battery out week .. put in not getting fire fuel pump checked fuses , relays i'm familiar with.. tried cut off switch it's pushed down .. please help
