How to make an indoor ice skating rink?

family used make outdoor ice skating rinks. lot of fun, last year weather wasn't great, , didn't make rink. year worse, warmer outside , last year didn't snow think might not year :(. whenever below freezing, next day 50 degrees d:

have storage room in our basement, pretty big, plenty of room rink. older brother moved out college, have room in garage , dad said move boxes garage , make rink in basement! thinking synthetic ice, heard ruins skates , extremely expensive. don't want fancy, main thing finding out how make ice , how keep there. dad trying find out has no clue, thought should ask guys haha! much!!
