Can you tell someones ancestry by their facial features?

i'm wondering if tell someone's ancestry. not ancestry, know, have in blood.. i'm not @ explaining things. if can, facial features similar to. have pointy nose, in middle of thick , thin lips, pointy chin, kind of high cheek bones, brown eyes, long curly brow hair , defined jaw bones. dumb question.
