have parents or friend keep phone till done studying. use reward... after accomplished allow 5 minutes of phone time. :) luck!

little push: homework!!!! want end flipping burgers rest of life? want total loser driving piece of crap car, living in piece of crap house while friends living life? don't think so! put down phone, study, homework , succeed!

every time try study i'm tempted pick phone , go on facebook or text , stuff ends taking half hour , barely study how can prevent this???
