Is this American or Canadian accent?

it's hard tell, , in every state in america, has different accent.
i'm minnesota , people in colorado spotted minnesota.
it's in o's (not fargo!)
same people east , south, can tell have different accent!
have many canadian friends , haven't heard noticeable accent of them.
