I ALWAYS GET WEIRD/FREAKY/SCARY DREAMS!!!!?

i'm having horrible dreams... freaking me out. i'm going through depression , anxiety i'm not sure if that's cause of it. don't ever dream how use to:( , dreams never based on 1 thing mixed up... had dream lady having miscarriage , blood getting over... turns out lady sister , in dream sister had said false alarm , she(the baby) alright. had dream me , bf fighting. plz these dreams consuming life! had more scary dreams can't remember know horrible , freaky.
