How high does your gpa have to be to get into collage?

different colleges have different standards of acceptance. 2.0 gpa half way through junior year, means have 2 semesters gpa markedly higher, (most colleges applications due around end of first semester, senior year.)
best bet state college or community college.
honestly, wise invest in tutor or start study group. way going gpa 3.0 ace of classes next 2 semesters including handful of ap ones.
colleges understand students kick high gear after turn 16 or 17. if can great grades in next 2 semesters , great grades in community college, should able transfer more rigorous school.
in meantime, go websites of colleges considering , "incoming student" section. should give average gpa , sat scores of previous freshman class. remember, these numbers averages, students got in scores lower ones see. but, , big but, going have make stand out compete them. 100+ hours of volunteer work, start business, or master difficult or unusual skill. goal show them benefit student body , reflect on them after graduation.
