Going to a teacher's house...?

ok, sport's coach letting have pasta party @ house (none of on team have house big enough fit in... , has ginormous finished basement).. , love coach mother (will give students rides home , buy food if forget lunch or need @ sporting event)... don't feel uncomftorable going house... there isn't rule (school) banning students going teacher's house, right? read of these scandals , want make sure favorite coach not in trouble.. (also, youngest child graduated last year)..
