Buyer not paying on ebay?

sold item on ebay 3 days ago @ noon. (so 3 days ago). coveted christmas gift item hard find , bidder won in last few seconds. what's weird not automatic bid had have been "watching" @ last minute. (so i). immediatly sent invoice, said prefferred paypal , haven't heard since. ordinarily wait out bit , relist it. if don't relist soon, value drop (assuming christmas gift). anyway, not sure do. think maybe should've put in "buyer must pay within 48 hours" or similiar. haven't sold on there in long , guess assumed paypal, pay immediatly apon winning. suggestions?
