Best 2012 iPad acessories for my needs?

purchased newest ipad , looking have needed accessories handy it's arrival; first, here details specific needs.

have otterbox defender series case, new otterbox utility series latch few lightning thirty pin adapters.

need:

1. keyboard - have no use keyboard cases seeing have case. being said, i'm looking keyboard portable, durable, , not insanely expensive (under $100 if possible).

2. speakers - kind have great sound, durability (i've read few not last long) , fair price. not mind if require audio plug or wireless; however, no batteries big plus. gladly use wall outlet power save on having buy batteries or recharge. working other idevices (mainly iphone) plus!

3. stylus - not neccisarily require this, nice have regular use. have found many around or upwards of $40; however, way in opinion. others $5 or less ten or more appear bad quality. attempting find happy medium price , quality both intact.

4. suggestions? - feel should purchased. not planning on purchasing ipad , haven't researched things enough (hence post). love have reasoning behind suggest, if possible.
