Why does my bird rip its wings off?

bird rip wings off every moment? , can see bald spots on it? if stress if not grooming. there time when bird grooms most, see grooming when resting... if see pin feathers on head , nose turning or has layer coming out grooming. birds not respond hello, if hates wouldn't move away you, bite you, warn stay away, attack you, fly away you, scream , bang things. not bite wings 100% not behaviour show doesn't you. in experience these ways can check , see, not doubting wrong , preening, want sure can bird.

if started end, because there month bird lose feathers more can come in.

check green super runny, watery poop(signs of stress, , unhealthy)
play bird sounds same type it, , see if chirps.

try putting mirror in cage or let bird fly out or put tissue rolls inside, small , interesting bird has never seen.

it keeps ripping feathers out of wings. not preening. when hello it, bites wings. maybe doesnt me.
