Why do filipinos say "Opinion" when opening doors and "Conclusion" when closing?

english tl: if door open, can go inside...

conclusion - kung close yun
example in sentence: [continuation of above example] conclusion (kung close yun), hindi ka makakapasok.
english tl: if close, can't go in.
