Removing paint from stroller?

paints sold water-based paints. start warm water , firm bristle brush. try scrubbing off way, if turns out oil based paint paint thinner or mineral spirits , use q-tip in small area of paint see if begins paint off. 2 options @ point. whichever method works sure water rinse cleaned area before set son stroller.

i got white paint on fabric part of sons stroller. looks terrible sons stroller. looks terrible! know how remove it? i'm scared paint thinner ruin it.
