Do wrist watches that set/update the current time automatically exist?

yes... depending on live. there various time normal transmitters around world. there such 'radio' watches set individual transmitters (i.e. set within more or less 1 specific country) , others support multiple transmitters (i.e. work correctly in multiple countries).
i've seen cheap ones in supermarkets on here less 20 euros. no idea whether they're worth money - have decent watch requires setting twice year when switching to/from dst.
